Filter out not used takeoff items

Hello,

When we import our template into the takeoff tab there are a bunch of items that are not used. It would be great if we could include a check box in the right panel that you can toggle "show used items" or something like that. Thoughts?

Good input. We'll discuss. We would need to make it visually super clear that it's filtered so users don't create duplicate takeoffs, but I'm sure that's solve-able.
