Kory Podgaysky Give view only users ability to navigate to pages from right clicking on takeoff items
I can go to my takeoff tab and right click on a takeoff item and I get the "Pages" option where I can see every page that the takeoff item shows up on. I can navigate to the page through this link.
My team members that have view only permissions don't have this option. Can the "Pages" option be added to view only users?
Thank you for the suggestion. Have you tried the collaborator version? It's half the price of the full version and has annotation tools and the ability to update some fields in the properties like pricing. I submitted your request and the dev team will review it. You will be notified of updates as the status of your request changes.
I have not. I don't want the users that I'm sharing with to be able to do anything other than view but I'd like for them to be able to streamline their viewing experience.
Hi Kory, the development team put out a minor update that added this ability for users who are viewer only.
