Hide Others and Hide

Hello,

Would love the ability to hide others, or hide selected items on the right menu. For example I want to hide others when I select these objects in below screenshot.

Also when I select a item on the screen, like click on a wall, I want the ability to "select similar" then I can hide all those lines or re-assign them with selected similar. I use to love that command in AutoCad!
