Hide/Unhide Functionality Updates

Below are a few hide/unhide functions that have been swimming around in my head since I started using zzTakeoff:
- Hide/unhide gray folders and their items.
- Hide/unhide all on all pages.
- This would include items that the user specifically marked to be hidden on the takeoff side pane.
- Isolate selected takeoff section(s).
- Hide all other takeoff sections on the page other than the selected sections(s).

Thanks for the feature requests! Hide/unhide improvements are working their way up the list.
