Highlight Tool - Shapes

Would like to see some basic shapes added for highlight tools and most especially be able to modify shapes and save as preset templates. I would prefer if that "stamp/highlight" shape would stay persistent (much like a point count) until ESC key. Having this feature would reduce my need for ctrl + click + drag duplicate annotation feature request.

FYI - My current workaround is just using a dummy count tool scaled/shaped as needed, transparency set. Then start clicking as needed to tag for myself/team that a scope/note/QTO has been reviewed/checked/verified/QTO/etc…
