Hyperlink to PDF or Excel file?

Looking to see if there can be a hyperlink to a PDF file or Excel, or any type of file. This would be useful if you dont want to have an entire drawing uploaded. Or also in our case we have a separate excel file to generate our light fixture pricing, it would be nice to be able to place a hyperlink to this file.
