Improve Big Job Hyperlink Performance
It appears some of our large jobs are struggling with hyperlinks. What effect do pre-existing PDF hyperlinks have on zzTakeoff performance? What can be done to improve performance with higher link counts? Many of our jobs have excess of 10k links (when linked correctly). Also, the bigger the job the more necessary links are to effectively navigate drawings. Is there a way to improve zz to avoid these error messages: 
Hey Adam! In the screenshot you posted, it is just warning you that you have a large number of hyperlinks, and we auto-unchecked hyperlinks (for now, to make sure loading that many hyperlinks is deliberate). You can re-enable hyperlinks with no issues. There is no difference between the pre-existing hyperlinks and the new hyperlinks that you are importing; they still have the same performance impact.
We're digging into some solutions on our end to reduce the performance impact of loading a large number of hyperlinks, as well as to move them into a 'system' layer so they don't need to be duplicated across all layers in the project.
Once we have a solution, we will remove/increase the number of hyperlinks before that warning shows.
