Interface to work with all extracted information

Customer wants everything in each row, Code, Description, Quantity & Units to be the name of the Takeoff.

I use SmartSelect to 'extract schedules' but this only gets the description. (This is an awesome feature)

Using SmartSelect to 'CopyText' will copy all the text I need to name the takeoff in the format he wants but it separates it into 3 different rows

and is inconsistent on its format.

Everything we need is right there to create the name.

If I SmartSelect, copy text, past to a note or a spreadsheet, one column at at time it doesn't match up. I wind up with more rows with descriptions and not enough codes to match up.

Code, Description, Quantity and Units.

These are huge time saving features, either extracting to schedules or copying text to clipboard.

If we had the ability to view all the extracted text and then format it, combine it, parse it out to individua 'material items' to batch insert or combine to create takeoff templates it would be a huge time saver.

Right now I'm using the notes tool to edit the data to import items or create templates

It works pretty good but most of the time I have to export this to an AI model to get it to format the data the way a customer requests it.
