is there an undo option

Not yet, but we will for sure have this. It will just take some time to build undo capability for each action, but we will for sure do it.

The thing that messes me up the most is an accidental deletion. Like last week when I deleted the wrong area takeoff by mistake and had to redo the whole thing.

Would it be possible to push out an 'undelete' function for now (undo last delete) in an upcoming release, or even a recycle bin for deleted items?

That would be phenomenal, but I understand if you prefer to have a fully built out undo/redo system rather than releasing it in phases.
