Linear with Heigth Attachment Areas

I'm a Junior Estimator for a Masonry and Stucco company. I've used Bluebeam and OST for takeoffs untill now that I found zz.

One of the features I liked a lot from OST is the possibility to add "Attachment" type conditions. This conditions worked as openings in linear with height quantities. So if I configured I can add these openings accordingly per the floor plan and it automatically deducted the opening from the gross Wall Area. This "Attachment" condition worked with a Height and Width which I grabbed from the Opening Schedule in the plan set or Exterior Elevations plan, then I just neede to click in each place an opening of this properties is located. There was also an option to select a shape for this "Attachment" but that is just visual, I care more for the previous features.
