Link highlight - right-click to open in new window & a toggle box for user settings to make links open in new window or tab by default

The blue highlighted details that link to the relevant detail page are great. I would like a simple right-click to open in a new tab or window.
I know there is a properties box where I can go and individually set "open in new tab" on each one which will apply to future clicks. It would also be nice to be able to make that a user specific default for all links with a checkbox with an option to individually disable.

Hey Sterling, thanks for the feature request! In the meantime, you can click the gear and hit 'Save as Default" to apply properties (such as open in new tab) to all new hyperlinks/highlighters. You can also middle mouse click on any bookmark to open it in a new tab/window.
