Lock tab to templates
I have requested this in the past but asking again please
I need a way to stop jumping to takeoffs from templates after a takeoff, I have been undocking the takeoffs and working through my templates but after a few it will jump to takeoffs without me noticing and I am accidently doing a takeoff from previous takeoffs rather than a template, today I had done a dozen takeoffs without realising and had to go back through deleting them all.
Just a simple setting to allow it to lock to templates would save me a lot of grief please you fantastic developers 😁
Hey KevOB, I'll see if the team can take another look at this. As long as you have the undocked takeoffs window, there should be no reason for the main tab to jump to takeoffs. I'll see if the dev team can fix that, as well as suggest a setting (as you mentioned) to prevent switching to the takeoffs tab when starting from a template.
