Manual Qty in Reports

I would like to be able to manually enter /adjust quantity's in reports

When I am reviewing a takeoff or just want to get out a list of rates for a job its handy to be able to manually add the quantity

@KevOB, thanks for the feature request! I can see how this would be very useful.
