Manuel Take off - editable more properties.

I want to manually edit all measurement types for unique takeoff. For example i want to reference cut out for Manuel entry for labor around windows(eg1), while using the Manuel area for other items like scaffolding setup area(eg2) Area before cutouts, Area is good for material items to reference with cuttouts subracting from the gross. Sometimes we have to do takeoffs from photos and are field measurements, having a boiler plate of the Manuel takeoff to add conditions would be helpful and has some use cases.
