Benjamin Jeffs Measure tool to measure angle and slope
Most plans in our area never call out vault slopes. would be neat to have a tool to measure angle and slope.
The work around because yall were genius enough to put in the ability to hit arrows and put in a measurement is to just put a measurement of 12' horizontal and measure straight up.
Benjamin, Have you tried the "Sloped Linear" measurement? Would that work for what you are trying to accomplish?
I don't think so. I was trying to measure an unknown pitch in a cross section. That tool looks like its for a known pitch. My work around was to measure over 12' then up to find the pitch in the cross section.
Hi Benjamin! Thanks for posting your feedback here. Do you want to click 2 points and have a line stay on the plan that indicates the pitch (similar to a dimension line), or do you just want to click 2 points and see a popup with the pitch and goes away when you hit OK?
Does this look right? the pitch on the top side of the line and the angle on the bottom. Do you want any indicators at the end points similar to a dimension line or just like this shows? You would have the option to show pitch only, angle only, or pitch and angle.
