Merge Layers/Copy Takeoffs Across Layers
When working on multi phase plans, could we make it possible to copy take off data to another layer, or the default layer so that we can see the take offs over lapped to prevent missed items or doubled items?
Hey Zack, we are planning to add a feature to see/toggle multiple layers at once, which I think would solve this use case. Separately, it could also be nice to merge layers. Curious if that would still be needed if you could see multiple layers at once.
Right now, the workaround is to manually copy/paste takeoff objects between each layer for each page to see the overlap. Note, it would duplicate the takeoffs & quantities, so after you finish reviewing, you would want to make sure to delete the copied objects so they only exist in one layer to prevent double items.
