Minor tweak to how collapse/expand level buttons work

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this thought, but in my opinion it would be a minor quality of life update that solves a minor frustration of mine. I think the collapse/expand buttons should collapse/expand uniformly taking into account the current level of existing expanded/collapsed items. It would expand/collapse the highest/lowest levels rather than blanketly expand/collapse the level of each item.

Hey Victor, thanks for the feature request! Maybe we could add an option to toggle the behavior of expand/collapse. I'll forward this to the dev team.

Lorin, it would also be nice to be able to expand all items within one folder without expanding everything, maybe in the right-click menu for that folder.
