More Measurements (Qty) for Items

I was wondering if it was posible to have more than 1 quantity for items, just as takeoff do. What I mean if it is possible to have a the possiblity to have the chance to introduce more than one formula to calculate items in different units.

An example in my case will be wall ties for masonry walls, to buy them I need the units of boxes, so I have first to calculate the quantity of individual unita I need per SF and then I convert this to qty of boxes. So the possiblility of having more than one qty for item, might permit to have a formula for the individual qty required (Qty1) and another formula to grab Qty1 and convert it to box qty (Qty2).

Currently the items work well as they are, but there are some items that depend of the individual qty and not the whole (box). In the example above it should be the nails or srews for the wall ties. So having the option to add as many formulas per item, might be something to look into.
