Multiply TakeOff

So I think I might have asked to have the takeoff items to be multiplied. I think making the takeoff as items instead works out better, here is my take on it, I was able to count out my unit types for example then set a formula in the folder to create the multiplier.

Now the only thing with items vs takeoffs is that the reports cant have both unless I'm not looking at it right, I'd like my report to look exactly like my takeoff window:
