Navigating Take-off Properties

Can you institute an ability to navigate through "takeoffs properties" without having to close out the properties windows you're working on and then opening the next property you want to work on...? Basically, the properties window would remain open and you would use either the keyboard arrows to scroll up or down to the next take-off (preferred method for me) or perhaps there would also be an up button/down button on the properties window to navigate to the next or previous takeoff. OnScreen TakeOff has the ability to use the keyboard arrows or a button on screen to go to the next or previous condition when modifying condition properties...how can you make that happen for zzTakeoff...?
