Need a report containing the search terms I search for every time I start a project.

For every set of plans I estimate I need to find:

building code

construction type

risk category

exposure category

total number of units

total gross square feet

engineer name

architect name

structural plan set name

structural plan set date

architectural plan set name

architectural plan set date

It would be great if ZZ could already have those things ready for me for each project.

Maybe each user could have a list of things they need searched in every project.

Maybe column A could be the search terms and column B could be AI's best guess at the answer, with a link to the location of the information, and column C could be a list of possible matches in case column B is wrong.
