Need Custom Properties Allowable within the Page Properties

Looking for a way to associate plan pages with a specific floor and/or building section of a multi-story structure. The goal is to be able to group my report to list all of my takeoff items from multiple pages by floor and/or building section. I know there are other ways to get a similar breakdown, simply grouping by page names but the result is split between structural and architectural pages. I could also just create custom properties for "Floor" and "Building Section" and apply them to my assemblies/takeoff items but most of my items are typically shared amongst multiple floors. This results in tediously duplicating takeoff items and converting them just to sort them by floor. 

I feel what I'm looking for could easily be achieved by allowing custom properties within the page properties itself.
