Notes on Section Properties & Manual Takeoffs

I'm playing around with the new update this morning and really like where the new Section Properties feature is going.

A couple suggested improvements:

1. There's no way to assign section properties to manual takeoffs. I have manual takeoffs for typical items that I don't want to be forgotten in the estimate (blocking, fire stopping, joint sealants, etc.).
2. I've heavily adopted a workflow that uses manual takeoffs for summing takeoffs that require multiple takeoffs to quantify the whole scope (e.g. walls & wall coverings). See example below:

The 'parent' manual takeoff does not inherit the section property the 'child' takeoffs are assigned.

Side note on this- if the 'child' takeoffs are assigned to multiple different section properties (i.e. estimate breakouts) would the 'parent' manual takeoff handle that sum formula accordingly and show up multiple times on reports?
