Open Multiple Property Windows

Currently if I need to add an Item to a template or measurement.

I have to create the item first before dragging into the property.

But being me, I open the property, think what items I need, then make the item, then open the property, drag the item, then think of the next item.

In which I create a new item (Closes the property window), then open the property window, drag the item, and the loop continues.

It would be nice to have the property window stay open when I make the new item.
