Overlay Improvements

When you upload a new plan set you go through the prompts and it shows the overlayed drawings during the review pages stage. It would be really helpful to have these overlays persist after hitting apply changes.
Aligning portions of drawing instead of the whole drawing would be huge. Draw a window around a portion of an overlay and have the ability to move that window instead of the whole drawing. This would be helpful when the new drawing set moves the drawings and notes slightly and out of sync of each other.
A native toggle overlay hotkey would be nice.
