Can you please add a toggle switch that would allow an overlay to be turned off or on.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll make sure to add the ability to show/hide any area, linear, count, or other types of annotations.

Based on the recent update announcement, I can provide information about the new visibility controls that addresses your overlay toggle(Show/Hide) request:

The new Show/Hide functionality has been implemented, which includes:

1. Individual Control through:

Pages panel
Takeoff Totals panel
Properties access for items

2. Bulk Control via:

"..." menu on pages
"Show All" / "Hide All" options
