KEVOB Ltd. Planswift ability
I would like to request the functionality is matched to planswift as a priority, AI scaling etc. is great but I suspect there are a lot of people like myself that need to move away from planswift to something more modern but after trying ZZ a few times now it still lacks the functionality I need to make the switch, It would be great if you could aim to get to that stage before other bonus features are developed.

Thanks for your post, can you be specific on what features you think is not in zzTakeoff that exists in PS. That way we can direct our efforts accordingly.
We too are making the change to ZZ from PlanSwift. I agree with post but have been able to make it close with the help of ZZ team member, Todd Kaberline.

Below is the items that are causing me issues
- Job property's I would like to have my job markup and Hourly rate here and be able to change all the items in my takeoff by changing it here
- Filters in reports - a drop down list I can select from rather than just typing a search term
- Export to PDF from reports
- Copy takeoffs to a different folder
- Drag and drop items into reports (at bottom of takeoff view (Estimating in PS))
- Have a default view in reports (at bottom of takeoff view)
- Add checkboxes at item level /Take off level different items have different variables so checkboxes need to reflect that (I'm not sure I understand them in ZZ
Hi, we support:
- Job properties that inherit to the children so you can edit at the job and use in the children
- Default view in reports at bottom of takeoff view is working, it remembers your default and you can edit the reports used here from the Reports tab
- Checkboxes do work on items and takeoffs
Currently we do not support the other features you requested, but we do want to build those too. Thank you for the thoughtful feature request. I have shared this with the dev team.
