Profit Distribution

Are you looking for Different Markups for Each Item, Which you can do Now, or are you looking at setting a Margin at The Takeoff and or Folder Level and the Items Inherit it from either the Takeoff or the Folder

@Sam I would be curious if there's a way to create a folder/bucket to capture inherited items/assemblies under that folder and give variable percentages based on unique parameters of that scope. Is that already a possibility or in the works?

As in, scope of work X "folder" (which has 3-4 assemblies, and each of those assemblies have 5-8 resource items within) and this entire "folder" scope has an additional safety, environmental, logistics, etc concern - (I would like to give a modifier of 1.005 or 0.5%)

Or, I have 1 trade that is scattered with assemblies at multiple scopes/work areas/zones/buildings/etc and I want to grab all of these activities from this one trade and apply a percentage that is at different % from the rest of the trades.

I'm looking for the ability to input a percentage as my overall profit margin or overhead margin and distribute across all line items. (this is separate from my material MU within each line item) Then I can see my base cost and net profits within the reports. This would work best in the item and usage report.
