Can we get a way to Zip a set of plans when we are done with it allowing us to delete it off our workspace and allowing us to reupload it if we need it in the future.
When we use to use PS we would zip it and put it in out Job Folder in Onedrive. Then if we needed it later due to rebid we would still have it
If we win the job we usually keep it in PS for change orders but it would be awesome to be able to export it and save the project and all its Glory off of our workspace

Just the ability to still have it but not on the server. The glory i was talking about is the ZZ Projects and templates which I have so much better than when i was using PS.
for example we just had a job come back that was 3 years old so we reuploaded it and updated our pricing and was done since they didn't make any changes
