Reference Takeoffs Across Layers

Say you have a Drywall layer and a Painting layer. Once the drywall takeoff has been completed, the walls have already been identified and measured. When performing the painting takeoff, there shouldn't be a need to locate those same walls again.

Instead, the existing drywall takeoffs should be available as a reference, or be reusable, so the estimator can build the painting takeoff from work that has already been completed.
