Scaled Count as the first option

Funny this comes up. I was using count as scaled at first but yesterday decided I actually prefer it non-scaled. I think the best solution to this is to just give it a "set default" check box. Kind of goes for a lot of things, really. "set default" would be nice to have as an option on most things
