Setting Menu for Reports, Display current layer, Toggle on/off

Add a toggle option in setting menu to display current layer only items or takeoffs for Reports. Layer name might change in every project and default reports may over display items and require the user to go in and reapply filters to the reports when you may need to quickly isolate and apply certain report styles with preselected columns and hidden unnecessary columns.

Hey Ability, thanks for the feature request! I believe this is planned as we've been experimenting with a button in the toolbar to filter to the current layer in reports.
