Sidebars Show/Hide Button and Auto Hide

In PlanSwift I normally operate with a template open in the right side panel, but I have it hidden/collapsed during most of the takeoff process. Since PS has the button/bar extending from top to bottom on the side panels, I can whip my mouse pointer anywhere to the side of my rightmost monitor and quickly pop the template open. Starting a takeoff immediately hides the panel again, thus maximizing viewing area.

The "Toggle Sidebars" hotkey doesn't really do what I'm after, since it operates both sidebars. Also, using the hotkey causes the viewable area to jog left/right annoyingly.
