(Small Tweak Feature) Linear Measurement Tool: Area Merge

When linear has a width it creates an SF.

When linear lines cross the SF overlap.

It would be nice to have a option to have the SF excludes the overlap

Also as a 2nd feature (Since the Grid tool is here) (Thank you for that)

I am in Concrete Saw Cutting

So for Plumbing Trenches (18" wide), we do a perimeter cut, then a dice cut every 1' to 1'6" depending on the thickness of the concrete. (Can't have it to heavy for our laborers) Larger trenches my need an additional cut down the middle.

This could also be helpful on concrete pour back, since they have dowel/rebar every so often as well, and ties on rebar intersections.

The part about excluding SF stacking is for more accuracy, since we don't remove twice the concrete in the same area. And some plans have lines very close together.
