Snapping features

Hi Heber and James! I'm excited to see you building this new software. I'm really interested to see where it goes, especially with the AI stuff.

The snapping features need help. Can you add:

1. Snapping to takeoff points.

2. Hover to snap axis.

I do a lot of area, linear and point takeoffs. I need to be able to line them up to each other quite often.

Hi John! Thanks for the input.

For #1 that should be possible currently if you make sure PDF Snap and Snap are on. It should snap to any points you have taken off or points on the original PDF.

For #2, we'll add this to our list. 🙂

We currently allow horizontal/vertical ortho snap, but not axis yet:
