Status Indicator

Good input Ben. We will see what we can do. Sometimes it's tough for us to know exactly what the progress level is, due to the fact that we hand the image and text off to an AI, and it responds when it's done. I'm sure there is a way somehow, though. We'll keep this in mind as we add more to the AI.

I would also like to add, there are some decent speed optimizations we will be able to add down the road a little for caching extracted PDF data. So there is definitely room for us to add some speed improvements here.
