Takeoff Item Note

i dont see that there is a way to put a note on the takeoff item without adding it to the name, i need to be able to attach a note to an item and also be able to sort or group by the note.

Thanks for the input. If you go to "Settings" and then "Custom Properties", you can add a property for "Notes" or "Note".

Then you can have the ability to choose which types of things you want to have a notes field:

Currently these are managed in Custom Properties, but we'll work on a way to make it easier to just show/hide common properties like this.
