Takeoff Section Layer Management

We are currently using layers for managing estimate breakouts.

It would be a huge improvement to our workflow to able to move and/or duplicate takeoff sections from one layer to another via right click menu.

Currently, when you copy/paste a section from one layer to another it creates a new takeoff group even if the takeoff group already exists on the new layer. I feel like zzTakeoff should have a way to know when a section belongs a takeoff group already created on the layer.

Further, I don't want to be asked to confirm that I want to paste takeoffs into a layer. I'm already pressing ctrl+v or right-click pasting. Shouldn't me doing the action should be confirmation enough?
