Time logs / time-on-job reporting for estimators

We would love time logs (or time-on-job reporting) inside zzTakeoff so we can see how much time estimators are actually spending on measurements and real work in the platform, broken down by job/project.

What we are hoping for:

- Per-project / per-job time spent in the app

- Preferably split by user (estimator)

- Something that reflects active measurement / takeoff work, not just login time

- Export or report we can pull for benchmarking (we are comparing AI takeoff runs against live zzTakeoff effort)
