For a user whose role is set to collaborator, what settings, and functionality do they have to modify an element for a takeoff item?
My thought is this: We have the ability to add a PM, Superintendent, etc. to a workspace or project so that they can add comments, markups, etc. What if:
Could this be accomplished in a collaborator role, or would it require the addition of a new role?

If my logic is reasonable, and I believe it is. I think my original post feeds into and expands upon Mark's feature request from a couple of days ago. I agree with Mark that while ZZtakeoff is not a CRM, it could provide valuable insight into project performance as a field use platform that would prevent data drift from one platform to another. By having the original takeoff as the baseline budget, a copy could serve would serve as the job tracking from within the platform if certain users (PMs, Supers, etc.) had specific Role based functionality.
