Ability to Tag Another User

Is there a way to tag another user or insert a comment with an @mike tyson....." similar to inserting a comment in a cell in Excel?

Hi Ben,

This would be a great feature which would need substantial Architectural Changes for the Communication to be realtime. Looking for How popular this would be for other users and possible use cases.
