Angular Stripe Takeoff

I have a project that I need to takeoff the alternating lines as shown in the picture below. Is there a tool or a way to take off the stripes at the angle shown similar to the joist tool? I was looking for a way to draw a box, select the angle, provide the width of the alternating lines (depending on how many different colors) and then it will take off linear or area of each. I also need an option to include or exclude the perimeter as well. For this example I need to include the perimeter.
