Can you export a project from ZZtakeoff to another takeoff software?

There is the option to print pages to PDF (including takeoffs and legend)

You can also export the reports to CSV or Excel files

You could then import the PDFs or CSV files into another takeoff software.

But we don't currently have a way to export the JSON data directly (also - I'm not aware of any other apps that could import it - even if you could export it from zzTakeoff.)

Better yet - if this is for a user outside of your company, you could invite them to the zzTakeoff project as a viewer using the "Share" button near the top right. :)

James, how do I include the Legend when I print with takeoff?

Right click somewhere on the page and choose "Show legend"

Then you can re-size it, edit what fields are showing if you'd like.

And then when you print to PDF, it will include the legend.
