Changing Layers After Take Off Has Started

I think it would be a good idea if a "layer" button was added to the take off properties of items. This would help in situations where take-offs may have been started in one layer but they need to be changed to another layer. The drop down for the button should show all the existing layers as well as an option to add a new layer if needed.
