Child Takeoff Name Option

Is there a formula or something that can be added to include the parent name in the name of the child takeoff, but allow to add to the name of the child?

Since the child takeoff dont sort with the parent on the report, the only way to make them sort is name them similar.

Maybe a checkbox to have the option to carry over the parent name. and it will add to the name in the name box?

Text with tags is your friend. You have no idea, this is only the surface of what you can do. muhahhhaha

I figured it out, thank you, but once that is created the name cannot be adjusted, so I have to know what I want to name it or I can click back to text to adjust the name, I copy these around, but if I change the parent name it should change the child names?
