Nick Curtis Closing Out Jobs
Is there a way to separate jobs that are either lost or no longer active from my job list? It can get cumbersome scrolling through a long list and I don't want to lose the projects either.
I would like to add to this and have the ability to set sort order and and saved view(s).
Agreed! Sorting by job info (bid date/ estimator) would help me a ton.
No, but feature request in that proposes Grey folders in the projects view! I nominate "Projects" to become the official "5th" tab!
Thanks for the input guys. Projects will for sure have the gray folders and views similar to the takeoffs & templates sidebars. Maybe projects deserves to be a tab like Kyle mentions. It would certainly have a lot more screen real estate if we do. We've even considered making the button to the left of Plans become a tab instead of a dropdown (kind of like a dashboard).
As a side note: we are also planning to add "Templates" and "Lists" tabs at the top as well with the full grid for editing (with columns, etc.). Currently editing these in the right sidebar is just phase 1, but we have many more phases coming. 🙂
