Is there a way to set a default set of folders for plan files that will populate when creating a new project such as Structural drawings, plumbing drawings, etc?
Hi, you can create a folder in your Templates tab called Defaults. Then create a folder in their for each type (structural, plumbing, etc). Then in that folder you can create your default folders for that job type. When you start a new job, you can click the first folder from your templates you want in the job (the one under plumbing for example) and hold shift, then scroll to the last folder and click it. Then press Ctrl-c to copy the folders. Lastly click on your Takeoff tab next to the Templates tab, and press Ctrl-v to paste your folders.
