Custom Property Query - is it possible to reuse previous names used in drop down list?

Similar to PS where entering names in the folder field, you can create the name of the folder you are placing your takeoff in on the fly but then subsequent takeoffs are automatically placed in the same folder as the previously entered folder name is reused unless you type a new name which then creates a new folder.

Currently I have a custom property called 'Takeoff Group Reference' which is where I would enter my 'folder' name which is needed for our estimating done outside of zz, but I currently have to enter this name for every takeoff and be careful I don't spell it wrong etc. It would be easier if there was the dropdown list the same as PS.
