Custom Variables "Additional"

I love how Claude makes custom variables on the measurements so that they can be referenced in the takeoff items that pull up as shown below. How do I make these manually?

Hey Kyle! We are planning to add the ability to create properties on the fly per takeoff/template, which would allow you to create these manually.

As a side note, if the property is in "Additional", it means the property doesn't have a custom property definition in the workspace.
