Hotkey for moving takeoffs or annotations in front of or behind (order)

I looked within the most recent hotkeys from the "?" button and didn't see it or maybe it was called something that didn't catch my attention when skimming through.
The snip below is where I was trying to bring the green takeoff on the top above the darker colored takeoff (order up) to match the lower green one.

@Stephen I would just either have the takeoff or takeoffs selected and right/context click or hotkey and move forward/backward
